Every price is for a finished panel: full-colour print on 3 mm white aluminium composite, UV-protective laminate, cut to size with the edges cleaned up. Single-sided. Any other size is priced by area at £85 per m² in the designer below. All prices exclude VAT.

Design your panel online

Pick a standard size or type your own, up to a full 2440 × 1220 mm sheet. Add holes, rounded corners, rails or a second printed face, choose a layout, type your words and drop in your logo or a photo. You see the panel at true proportions and the price updates as you go. Pay securely and we check and tidy the artwork before it goes to print, at no extra charge.

Drilled fixing holes

£3 per panel, set of 4

6 mm holes 15 mm in from each corner, or wherever you tell us. Two holes for a hanging sign.

Rounded corners

£3 per panel

12 mm radius on all four corners. Kinder on hands and clothing at head height.

Second printed face

£45 per m²

Full-colour laminated print on the back as well, for hanging, projecting and post-mounted signs read from both sides.

Rear hanging rails

£15 per panel

A pair of aluminium split battens on the back so the panel hangs flush to the wall with no visible fixings.

Plain panel, no print

£30 per m²

White ACM cut to size and deburred, for your own vinyl or flat-cut letters. A full uncut sheet is £65.

Prefer us to lay it out? A simple panel from your logo and wording takes about half an hour. Free if you use the designer above.

Delivery: collect free from Alnwick, local delivery within 10 miles £8, UK courier £12 for panels up to 1200 mm and £45 for larger panels and sheets.

ACM, Dibond, aluminium composite: same thing, thirty-second guide

Two thin aluminium skins bonded to a solid plastic core. It is the standard rigid outdoor sign material for good reasons.
