Each piece is individually fabricated, vapour-smoothed to eliminate all surface texture, then primed and finished in your choice of paint, metallic, or specialist coating.
The result is a heavy, smooth, solid piece that looks and feels like cast bronze, aluminium, or any other metal finish — without the cost, weight, or lead time of traditional cast fabrication. Clients routinely can't believe it isn't metal until they examine it closely.
We produce single pieces up to 340mm in any dimension as standard. For larger requirements — oversized letters, large-format logos, full fascia icon sets — we produce multi-section pieces with precision engineered joints for a seamless finish.
Pieces can be mounted on virtually any substrate: brick, stone, mortar, ACM panels, timber, render, and more — using resin-fixed threaded rod, heat-insert fixings, or VHB adhesive systems. Backlit LED modules can be incorporated at the fabrication stage for halo or face-lit illumination effects.
Available as trade supply (finished, ready to install) or as a fully project-managed supply and installation service across the UK.

Structural fixing design and verification by our in-house Chartered Engineer (CEng MIMechE). Threaded rod, resin anchors, and VHB systems. Suitable for listed buildings, conservation areas, and heritage substrates where invasive fixings are restricted.

We supply finished 3D channel letters direct to trade — UK-wide. If you have a client requirement we can fulfil, we can supply letters finished, primed, or ready-to-paint to your specification.
Supply-only orders are delivered securely packaged with fixing hardware and installation guides. Lead times discussed at quote stage depending on complexity and quantity.
