Serialised fire-rated labels

Full-colour labels on Metamark MD5-100 film with MetaGuard MG-UV-702 overlaminate, printed from your bin list, rack list or site schedule. Hazard pictograms are the official GHS symbols.

Each material is individually certified to EN 13501-1 Class B (B-s1,d0). We certify the materials, not the assembled label. A DIN 4102 B1 certificate is a separate document, available on request.

Variable data, done once. Send a spreadsheet or binlist (location codes, hazard class, site). We build one template, merge the data, send a proof sheet with one of each variant, then print. Labels arrive sorted by site, with any typos we found in your list flagged for correction.

UV prints are rested overnight before laminating, so the laminate bonds to a cured ink film.
Official GHS pictograms; location code and hazard class in a layout you approve.
Repeat runs from an unchanged template cost £35, not another £120.

Floor decals with anti-slip laminate

Printed floor-grade vinyl, General Formulations GF 210 Traffic Graffic, with GF 109 anti-slip overlaminate, contour cut. For polished concrete under foot and roller-cage traffic: bay markers, location codes, safety-shower and eyewash markers, QR location tags.

Supplied kiss-cut on the liner or on rolls; you apply them. Floor decals are a wearing part, so the model is replacement on wear: re-order the worn ones, same artwork, £35 setup.

Contour cut to your shape; rounded corners as standard so edges do not lift.
Location codes and QR tags merged from your list, the same way as the labels above.
Larger runs may need a deposit and a longer lead time on the roll stock; we tell you at quote.
