Returns Policy

Standard items

Items that are not personalised (stock signs, labels, stickers and other items sold as listed) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Please tell us within 14 days and send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You pay the cost of return postage. We refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Items made to your specification (with your wording, design, artwork, size or finish) cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they are made for you and cannot be resold. Please check your proof or preview carefully before ordering.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we pay any return postage. This applies to personalised items too.

How to return an item

Your rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Work quoted for and supplied to businesses, including installation, is covered by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
